Molly’s Pet Pantry – Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

We aim to keep delivery simple and reliable for all orders.

  • Delivery timeframe: 5–7 working days from the date your order is placed

  • UK nationwide delivery: £5 flat rate

  • Local delivery (Newton Aycliffe): Free

  • Delivery within 7 miles of Newton Aycliffe: £2

All delivery costs and timeframes are clearly shown at checkout and on relevant product pages.

Returns

As our products are perishable dog treats, we follow standard UK guidelines for consumable goods.

  • You can request a return within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items

  • Partially consumed products

  • Anything not in a resaleable condition

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
