About Us

I'm Kirsty, and I'm the founder of Molly & Co. We're a small, family-run business based in North East England with one mission: to provide dogs with 100% natural, guilt-free, nutritious treats they can enjoy year-round.

I've always had a keen interest in dogs, especially after bringing home my first dog - Molly. Following Molly, our family soon grew to include Ella. And, as gundogs, they sure knew a lot about food - and as their doting owner, I had to learn a lot more about what was and wasn't safe for them.

Since then, I've been immersed in the pet industry with over 15 years of experience. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Management and have qualifications in veterinary nursing, and later managed a large pet store for many years, and worked in pet food manufacturing. 

All this to say, I know a lot about different dog products - how they're made, the importance of choosing the right healthy ingredients, and how to select high-quality, high-welfare products. 

In 2026, I decided to follow a long-held dream and start my own online pet business. There was only ever one dog it could be named after - Molly. This is my favourite picture of both of us. You'll also see Ella featured on the site and on our natural treat boxes.
